Stacey DelPreore
Owner / Head Instructor
Stacey has been involved in both the personal fitness industry and cheerleading for the past 15 years. Stacey attended Carmel High School in New York and Sacred Heart University in Connecticut.
As a cheerleading captain and flyer at Sacred Heart University, Stacey led her team to a National ranking, the first time in school history. Stacey was a member of the UCA staff for 10 years. She has also coached high school and all-star teams in the New York and Connecticut area, judged numerous cheerleading competitions, and choreographed routines for many teams. As a personal trainer and certified group exercise instructor, she has gained extensive knowledge in cardio and strength training, stability and core, plyometric training and nutrition. Stacey has been involved in cutting edge cardio endurance training and is at the forefront of her industry.
For the past 4 years, Stacey has been improving the lives of many personal training clients. She admits that the client shares the responsibility for achieving the results, and that it takes discipline and determination. But her techniques and enthusiasm soften the blow and make the workouts exciting. Stacey choreographed all the exercises you see in the Train2Cheer Strength & Conditioning™ workout. She spent countless hours in developing the exercise sequences and making each track work with the selected music.
Stacey holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Movement and Exercise Physiology from Sacred Heart University and a Masters Degree in Physical Education from Manhattanville College in Westchester, NY. She is certified by the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America.
Allison Guarneiri
Instructor
Allison has also been involved in cheerleading for 15 years. She actually met Stacey at Sacred Heart University and was Stacey’s backspot on the cheerleading team. Allison was also awarded All American status for NCA while she was at Holy Trinity High School in New York.
In the fitness world, Allison is a certified group exercise instructor and teaches Zumba regularly. She is also a dance teacher for hip hop, jazz, tap and ballet and the dance director and choreographer for South Huntington School District and Divine Wisdom Academy in Douglastown, NY. Allison currently makes her living as a school teacher in Long Island.
Ryan Jackson
Instructor
Ryan is the young gun of the group and is currently attending Hofstra University in Long Island, NY where he is on the National Champion cheerleading team. Ryan started his cheering career at the ripe old age of 16 when Stacey dragged him into the World Challenge Allstars cheer gym and showed him how good he would be in cheerleading. Ryan developed into an excellent tumbler and stunter from high school into college and has showed off his expertise throughout the United States.
Ryan went to John Jay High School in New York. Ryan has also been a UCA instructor for 4 years and choreographs for teams all over the country. During his busy school schedule, he fits in tumbling instruction to many squads in the northeast. Ryan is studying business at Hofstra and has a nice career in front of him. Maybe it will be in the fitness industry???
