Credit Cards
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon processing your order.
Order Cancellation Policy
To cancel an order you have placed with Train 2 Be Fit LLC, you must contact customer support by email at matt@train2cheer.com or by phone (201) 546-1378 or visit the Contact Us page. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information. Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund (minus shipping costs).
Returns and Exchanges (RMA- Return Merchandise Authorization)
Return and Exchange Policy
 
We are committed to making sure you are satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly accept returns and exchanges on merchandise purchased directly from Train 2 Be Fit LLC. If you're not completely satisfied, simply return your undamaged merchandise within 30 days in accordance with our 30-day Money Back Guarantee. Please note that shipping and handling costs originally paid or incurred by you the customer will not be refunded. Also, fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. We cannot exchange the purchase of item #201-101 (Qty 1-4) for item #201-201 (Qty. 5-20). Train 2 Be Fit LLC will pay for shipping charges via USPS, UPS or Fed Ex standard freight (no overnight or special freight) back to our distribution facility for returns or exchanges. The customer will be responsible for shipping charges to their address unless the product is defective. See instructions for Online Returns and Exchanges below. You can also contact us at matt@train2cheer.com or by phone (201) 546-1378 for returns or exchanges. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for the following reasons: 1) the RMA is not submitted within thirty (30) days of the initial purchase date, 2) the product is not in its original case, 3) the product is deemed damaged due to customer negligence. Your refund or credit will appear on your credit card usually within thirty (30) days after the conclusion of the credit card billing cycle period during which you send the returned or exchanged product back to our distribution facility. Train 2 Be Fit LLC reserves the right to reject any return or exchange requests it deems necessary.
 
Online Return and Exchange Instructions
 
Click on My Account on the website. Login with your username and password. In the Track Your Recent Orders section, click on the View Details link for the order you would like to return or exchange. Once in the order, click on the Add New RMA button. Choose the number of items you would like to return in the Order Items section under Returned. In the Order Return Options section choose the Reason and Method for the return. The method can be either money back or exchange. Add comments in the Comments section. This is optional. Make sure everything is filled out completely, then click Save RMA. You will receive a confirmation email with your RMA number and some instructions. Be patient, it is not time to mail back the product. In a few days after you receive the confirmation email, you will receive another email with final instructions. If your return or exchange is approved, a prepaid postage label will be mailed to you in order for you to mail back the item(s). Your refund will be processed upon receipt of the returned product. Your refund or credit will appear on your credit card usually within thirty (30) days after the conclusion of the credit card billing cycle period during which you send the returned or exchanged product back to our distribution facility.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Train 2 Be Fit LLC reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
Availability of Products
We try to have everything available when you place your order. However, occasionally an item may be temporarily out of stock, which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. We will make every effort to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping. Please always include a valid email address or phone number so we can advise you of any delays. If you have questions about the status of your order, please contact us.
Shipping Policy
Products will ship within 2-3 business days after the order is received. Delivery times will vary depending on the mode of shipping. Shipping options are available by land or air via USPS, UPS or Fed Ex. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Train 2 Be Fit LLC or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. A confirmation email is sent once the item(s) leaves our warehouse.
 
IMPORTANT: As inventory fluctuates hourly, an item indicated as “in­stock” when you place your order may, in fact, be out­of­stock. In this event, we make every effort to contact you by email immediately to notify you that your order will be placed on backorder. The email will also provide you with information on how to cancel the order if you would prefer not to wait for the item to be in stock again.
Taxes
Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable New Jersey sales tax. For orders shipped to other states or Canada, you are solely responsible for any other sales and use taxes.
Pricing and Typographical Errors
In the event that a DVD or product is listed at an incorrect price due to either a display error or typographical error, or an error in pricing information received from our suppliers, or an item that was priced incorrectly, Train 2 Be Fit LLC has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for DVD(s) or product(s) listed or conveyed at the incorrect price. Train 2 Be Fit LLC has the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Train 2 Be Fit LLC will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of your original charge.
